About the event
The power of process groups lies in the unique opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement, accountability and feedback from other individuals in safe and confidential environment. Weekly group sessions will be held in a private zoom meeting. All other resources will be available in a private group through the Mighty Network app. The price is $75/month, billed on the 1st of every month and includes:
• 1hr weekly (12 weeks) group processing sessions
• Weekly journal prompts and affirmations
• Private accountability community
